We don't forbid to contact with Creator by phone or visiting, but we strongly recommend to record what you talk outside the Project Room to prevent from troubles.

Skillots guarantees the appropriate deliverables to be delivered after your order placement, but we don't take our responsibility in case of any troubles happened due to communications which is not recorded on the Project Room.
Also, it is prohibited to deal with the Creator outside Skillots based on the information which you obtain from Skillots.
